Can I use my tanning lotion outdoors?

Please do not! Indoor lotions usually DO NOT contain SPF, which will leave you with no sun protection from the sun’s UV rays. Outdoor UV rays can vary daily even hourly in intensity. It is recommended you use a SPF while tanning outdoors.
